Training a puppy is a must! Whining among puppies is a very common characteristic which is inherent. To get control of their owner and to attract attention, puppies generally whine, bark and howl. It is a matter of concern and should be addressed and resolved at an early stage; instead it becomes a habit which is quite infuriating and wearisome for the owner.
Dogs bark due to many possibilities, which could be confinement in a lonely place, separation from the owner, lack of comfort etc. Here are the techniques and means followed during puppy training which are helpful for your success.
Do Not Confide Dogs To Small Areas:
Dogs should have enough space to roam about. Whining becomes more frequent if they are being kept in a small room or if their movements are restricted. If the dog is continuously whining then it should be taken to his designated toilet area. It is a vital consideration for your barking dog training.

A dog that keeps on continually barking – especially at night - is a tremendous nuisance and a source of problems with your neighbor. Your neighbor could even be a dog lover but a dog bark that goes on and on can upset even the mildest mannered person.
At one time I was training director of an all breeds training school. A new member of my Club, who had just joined the class, explained that the reason why she had joined the obedience training school was because she had been obliged to get rid of her previous dog – that she loved dearly - because of the complaints of her neighbor, who had objected to the dogs incessant barking at night.

Is your barking neighbor’s dog driving you nuts? Here are four tips to stop neighbors dog barking. You may not have a lot of control over your neighbor’s dog, but these tips will help bring peace and quiet back to your neighborhood.
Talk To Your Neighbor
This is a good place to start as one should never assume that the neighbor even knows his dog is barking as much as he is if that neighbors at work all day, or sleeping thru most of his dogs barking. When approaching him, make sure it’s not when you’re angry, also keep in mind that staying on friendly terms goes a long way to keeping him a neighbor, and not an enemy.
This might also be a good time to start taking notes. Write down the times and dates that the dog is barking as well notes on when you’ve interacted with your neighbor. Doing this will be helpful when dealing with the police or animal control, should things get that far.
Ultra Sonic Devices
More often than not a neighbors dog that’s barking is doing so because he’s been left outside. If this is the case, solving the barking issue might be as simple as setting up an ultra sonic device in your yard and aiming it at your neighbor’s.
